Des s\u00e9ances concr\u00e8tes sont l\u2019occasion de productions et d\u2019analyses par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves (en atelier culinaire, en restaurant et\/ou h\u00f4tel d\u2019application), d\u2019applications num\u00e9riques (vid\u00e9os, serious games&#8230;), etc.<br \/>\nLes \u00e9l\u00e8ves suivent des enseignements de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 propres \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie : trois en 1re et deux en terminale.<br \/>\nLes mati\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sont les m\u00eames dans toutes les s\u00e9ries : fran\u00e7ais (en 1re), enseignement moral et civique, histoire-g\u00e9ographie, math\u00e9matiques, langues vivantes, \u00e9ducation physique et sportive et philosophie (en terminale).<br \/>\nLes \u00e9l\u00e8ves b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9 en fonction de leurs besoins et d\u2019un accompagnement \u00e0 l\u2019orientation qui pourra repr\u00e9senter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 54 heures annuelles.<br \/>\nUn ou deux enseignements optionnels valid\u00e9s en contr\u00f4le continu.<br \/>\nUne heure hebdomadaire d\u2019enseignement technologique dispens\u00e9e dans la langue vivante A.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n        <div class=\"rs-heading style2   \">\n        \t<div class=\"title-inner\">\n\t            \n\t            <h2 >PROFIL DE L'\u00c9L\u00c8VE<\/h2>\n\t        <\/div><div class=\"description\"><p >&#8211;
